The boring stuff
Food: scrambled eggs for breakfastgranola bar for a snack
spring roll, side salad, and 1/2 of pho for lunch
muscle milk and granola bar after practice
cauliflower, yogurt, and brown rice for dinner
dark chocolate square for dessert
water, milk and tea to drink
Exercise: 2 hr practice with lots of endurance and foot work.
General notes: doing better today in terms of eating enough. Still was a little hungry before practice, so I think I'll try a Pbj around 4 next time.
