Food:
pbj for breakfast
salad for lunch
greek yogurt and granola for snack
pbj pre practice
muscle milk post practice
scrambled eggs for dinner
tea and water to drink
Exercise:
3 hr practice. Lots of work on a single specific hit. Owwwie.
Ummm... yeah... better day but not yet talkative.
